Brand Introduction

Muslimah + Company was founded in Atlanta in November 2023 to create welcoming experiences where women from different backgrounds could gather, celebrate, and build genuine friendships.

As a Muslim revert with both Muslim and non-Muslim friends, founder Kimmy Waajid recognized the need for spaces where people could connect through shared values, creativity, celebration, and community. Muslimah + Company was created to offer thoughtfully curated gatherings that honor faith while welcoming meaningful fellowship.

Today, the brand is expanding beyond events to include modest fashion and lifestyle offerings—bringing together community, creativity, culture, and personal expression in one growing platform.
